this is a really sweet piece mostly complete (missing handle and foot tray, this is known as "walker mode"). It allows the child to propel him/herself with their feet as opposed to being pushed. It is the sought after model with the "hooded wheels"(these were referred to as wheel pants). I would date this unit in the early 50's at latest by the fact it has wooden beads on the bar ( they started using plastic in 1956) but you be the judge. I am going to list this for a bit as it is local pickup only but might consider "parting it out". the hooded wheel assemblies are generally over each just to start.
