    Description

    Coupled Audio-Visual Sensory Stimulation(C.A.S.S.) at 40Hz. Using headphones and LED glasses, light and sound are transmitted simultaneously to stimulate and enhance Gamma brain rhythms at a 40Hz frequency for a duration of 1 hour. The audio and visual stimulus is delivered in the form of square waves as these are more activating then other periodic waveforms, sine waves or sawtooth for instance.  The stimuli is presented at a 50/50 duty cycle as research indicates these have the largest frequency following response in the human brain.
