Condition:  This antique buggy has been stored in my grandparents attic for years.  It unfolds, collapses well and rolls freely.  The vinyl covering is in good condition with a little wear but fully intact. There are a couple small tears on the rim.
Measurements:  30” long, 16” wide, and 23” tall from floor to top of buggy (not including handle).
